Ingredients

    9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
    1/2 cup Davanni's pizza sauce
    1.5 cup grated mozzarella cheese (not reduced fat)
    12 oz. italian seasoned turkey (cooked)
    1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms


Tips

Note: Reduced fat cheese does NOT melt the same way as regular/full-fat cheese. I strongly recommend using the full fat cheese. Even though it does add to the fat grams.

My favorite pizza is sausage & mushroom. But feel free to add any other veggies or meat you prefer. Enjoy!


Directions

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls together and roll into a 13 -inch circle and place on a 12-inch sprayed pizza pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and spread sauce over crust. Add desired toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425°F 15 minutes or until crust is golden.


Serving Size: Makes 8 slices, serving size is 2 slices.
