Introduction

You can cook this on the stove or in the crock pot You can cook this on the stove or in the crock pot
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 sweet onion, chopped

    4 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 packages of jenni o lean ground turkey
    3 tbsp oregano
    2 tbsp cumin
    1tbsp cayenne
    2 tbsp chipotle powder

    3 red, orange or yellow bell peppers
    2 15oz cans chopped tomatoes
    2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes

    2 bags of fresh spinach.

Directions

If using a crock pot
slice the onions and put them on the bottom of the pot.

Heat the olive oil and add garlic
Brown the meat and add seasonings
Put on top of the onions, and add peppers, and cans of tomatoes. Cook on low for 5 hours.

Slowly stir in fresh spinach, adding more as it wilts.

Enjoy in bowls
