Ingredients

    8 0z of dry barley
    16 baby carrots chopped
    2 leeks chopped
    1 cup of celery chopped
    3 tsp of hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp of fresh thyme chopped
    1 8oz can of lima beans
    1/2 cup water
    1.75 lb of beef boneless chuck steak cut in pieces/chunks

Directions

choopped up all vegetables and meat and place in the slow cooker with 8 0z can of lima beans cook for 8 hours
