    eggs, milk, light sugar blend, hot dog buns, raisins, salt and vanilla extract, 8X8 pan


Can use any bread and can omit fruit or use another type, cranberries, apple, etc. Rule of thumb, 5 eggs to 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar for any basic bread pudding


Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt, stir in raisins - set aside. Pull apart buns into small less than 1 inch pieces and place in roasting pan. Poor egg mixture into pan, stir lightly just to coat tops of bread. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Pudding is done when a butter knife is inserted and comes out clean.
