Ingredients

    Crust:
    4 oz cream cheese- I used reduced fat
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp taco seasoning
    8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    Beat together and spread eveny into a greased 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until browned. Let stand for 10 minutes before adding meat mixture to top.

    Topping:
    1 pound ground beef
    1 Tbsp taco seasoning
    8 1/2 oz Enchilada sauce
    4 oz can green chilies
    8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    Brown the hamburger; drain the fat off. Stir in the seasoning, enchilada sauce and chilies. Spread over crust. Top with cheese. Bake another 20 minutes so unilt hot & bubbly. Serve with topping of your choice (not included in nutritional counts)
    topping can include:
    shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, ripe olives, ect.
