Introduction

Meatloaf I threw together tonight! I used Parmesan, but will try a few tablespoons of cheddar next time. Tweak the ingredients with whatever you have, but definitely add the ranch! Ingredients

    1.3 lbs 93% lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 extra-large egg
    1 packet Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
    1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    Dash pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Place two slices bread on the bottom of a 5 by 9 loaf pan; they will soak up the grease from the meat when cooking.
Form meat mixture into pan over bread. Sprinkle with pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
