    2 can's of tuna in water, drained
    1 scrambled egg
    2 Tbsp Green Pepper finely diced
    2 Tbsp Red Pepper finely diced
    2 Tbsp Onion finely diced
    1 Tbsp FF Miracle whip
    1 Tbsp flour
    2 tsp olive oil (for frying)


Combine all ingredients into the bowl and shape into 6 patties. Place the patties in the fridge for 10 minutes to harder, allowing them the hold together better while frying.

Pour oil into pan and once heated fry the tuna cakes a few minutes on each side and enjoy!

Serving Size: 6 patties
