    1 lb 96% lean ground beef
    1 can no salt added black beans
    5 oz baby spinach
    1 can diced tomatoes no salt added
    1 med onion, chopped
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    1/8 tsp curry
    cumin, cilantro, basil, smoked paprika to taste


brown garlic, onions and ground beef
add spices
add tomatoes and beans, cook 30 min
add spinach and cover, cook 30 min
simmer until flavor is just right to taste
