Ingredients

    1 Medium Head of Cabbage
    1 Cup Diced Celery
    1 Cup Diced Onion
    8 Cups Water
    1 Beef Boullion Cube
    1 Tbsp Salt
    1-2 Tsp Pepper
    1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
    2 15oz Cans Tomato Sauce
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup Ketchup

Directions

Add first 4 ingredients to a crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours. Then add beef boullion, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cook the beef in a skillet and add to the crockpot. Let cook for 2 hours. Then add brown sugar and ketchup. Cook on low throughout until ready to serve.
