Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb bag garden rotini
    1 TBS olive oiil
    2 cup pasta sauce
    1 onion chopped
    2 zuchini chopped (yellow & green)
    1 can mexicorn (or regular corn)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms

Directions

Boil water for pasta while cutting vegetables
Heat oil & add diced onions & peppers
Then add diced zuchini
When getting soft - add canned vegetables
Add pasta sauce
Cook pasta per package directions (9-11 minutes)
Combine for pasta primavera
