    4-1/2 ounces chicken thigh, chopped
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1/2 cup fage fat free yogurt
    1 rib celery, minced
    4 green onins, minced
    1 granny smith apple, diced
    1/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries
    salt and pepper to taste


Mix all together and eat!
