    2 apples, juiced (or 1 cup of apple juice)
    1 pear
    1/4 cup frozen cranberries


May be good with some sweet spices added.


Quarter pear and remove stem and seeds. Leave the skin on. Place in blender with the apple juice and the cranberries. Blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie
