Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp ground cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    8 oz cream cheese- I used reduced fat
    2- 10 oz can Ro-tel tomoatoes with green chilis
    2- 14.5 oz cans beef broth
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tsp salt


Directions

In large soup pot brown hamburger, onion and garlic, drain and return to pot and add the spices and cook a couple of minutes. Drop the cream cheese in bits and stir until no chunks of cream cheese remain, then add remaining ingredients and heat through.
