    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon (1 evelope), 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 plum tomato (remove)
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


1. In a non-stick saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic, shallots, cook 5 minutes or until softened and brown.
3. Cut tomatoes in large chucks and add to pan.
4. Sprinkle tarragon and pepper over tomatoes.
5. Saute' tomatoes for 5 minutes.
6. Add 4 cups of water and bouillon.
7. Simmer for 20 minutes.
8. Put through blender.
