    1/3 cup chopped celerey
    3 Tsp chopped onion
    2 Tsp margarine (soft)
    1 large squash (peeled and cubed)
    16 oz vegetable broth
    8 oz fat free cream cheese


sautee onion, celery, and margarine until translucent. Mix in vegetable broth and chopped sqaush; cook until squash is soft/tender (approx. 20-25 minutes). Put squash base and cream cheese in blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
