Ingredients

    1 Swai Fillet
    1/4 C. Italian flavor bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Add swai fillet and turn to coat both sides in crumbs. Place breaded fillet in a baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray). Bake 15 - 20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
