    1 Red Pepper large (approx 3-3/4" long)
    1 Yellow Peppers large
    1 Green Bell pepper large
    1 lb 97% lean hamburger
    1/4 cup of Uncle Ben's Rice
    1/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs Italian style
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp No Salt Sodium-free Salt
    1/8 tsp ground pepper, 1 serving
    3 Garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp Garlic granulated
    2 1/4 cups Hunts Crushed Tomato Basil
    6 tsp Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Cheese
    3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk


If the pepper seem dry add some water over the top while cooking or heating to keep moist.


1. Wash the three bell peppers and pat dry. Cut a round open in each and de-seed middle.
2.Place hamburger in a mixing bowl. Add rice, breadcrumbs, egg, salt pepper, granulated garlic, and finely chopped garlic. Mix. Measure 3/4 cup of crushed tomatoes and add to hamburger mixture . Mix.
3.Divide mixture into three and place it in each bell pepper opening and pack. Slice the peppers lengthwise to make 6 serving.
4. Place 1/4 cup of crushed tomatoes over the top of the hamburger mixture. Shred 3 oz of mozarrella cheese and place on top of the crushed tomatoes.
5.Place in 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until pepper soft.
