Ingredients

1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
2 C frozen corn
2 15-oz cans black beans, drained
2 15-oz cans dark red kidney beans, drained
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet taco seasoning
1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 C water
1 10-oz can RoTel
1 lb. Velveeta, diced
Directions
Brown and drain ground beef. Add beef and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT Velveeta to a 5-quart crock pot. Cook on low 3 1/2 hours. Add diced cheese and cook another 1/2 hour. Stir and serve.
