Ingredients

    32 oz bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 can Diced New Potatoes
    1 can no salt or sugar added Sweet Corn
    3 cans reduced sodium Beef Broth
    11.5 oz can Campbell's tomato juice
    1 can diced tomatoes no salt added

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Very good with low sodium saltines.
