Ingredients

    4 oz. Round steak, cut in strips
    1 cup green pepper, cut in strips
    1 cup red pepper, cut in strips
    1 cup celery, cut in strips
    1 cup carrots, cut in strips
    1 cup onions, sliced
    1 cup Sugar snap peas
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 cup water
    1 packet Sun-Bird Stir-Fry Asian Seasoning Mix (corn starch)

Directions

Combine soy sauce, sugar, water and Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix (corn starch).
In large skillet heat oil - add beef and stir fry until browned. Add vegetables and stir fry until crispy tender. Add liquid ingredients and stir fry for about 1 minute or until thickens.
