Ingredients

    1 lbs Jennie O Lean ground turkey
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp Spike Gourmet Natural Seasoning
    2 cup of each onions, bell pepper and celery
    2-3 cups Prego Heart Smart Italian sauce
    ground black pepper to taste
    Chili powder - to taste
    cumin - 1/8 tsp
    coridaner - 1/8 tsp
    chopped fresh basil-1/8 c
    chopped fresh cilantro
    cinnamon 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg 1/8 tsp
    Chiptole Chile Gourmet Dip MIx 1 tsp


Tips

Depending the time you want to serve this, you have set the cooking time on the crockpot for 6 hours if you like.


Directions

Place chili beans in crockpot with 1/4 cup of water. Start the crockpot. Stirring with Brown turkey in a microwave dish at 2 minutes intervals at a time. About half way through the browning process add garlic powder and half of the onions, celery and bell pepper. Return back to microwave for another 2 minutes. Add the rest of the onions, bell peppers and celery. Add Italian sauce and the rest of the spices except the cilanto and blend. Pour ground turkey in crockpot and let cook for 4 hours. Towards the end of four hours , top the chili with the chopped cilantro
