Number of Servings: 8


    Brisket, 2.5 pounds
    1 cup ketchup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    12 ounce bottle beer
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (or more to taste)
    Baby carrots (approx 20)
    3 small onions, quartered


Slice and serve as main dish, served with veggies and potatoes. Or shred to make sandwiches.


Place brisket in 5 quart crock pot. Mix sauce ingredients (ketchup through Sriracha) and pour over meat. Add carrots and onions. Cook on low 6 hours or until tender.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings - 5 oz each
