    2 medium potatos
    2 cups broccoli
    1 cup mixed vegetables (or 1 cup carrots and celery combined)
    1/2 cup of 1% milk
    1/2 or 2 oz of shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese
    3 or 4 bouillon cubes (nutritional facts are for 4)
    4 cups of water
    pepper to taste


Boil chopped potatos, broccoli and vegetables in the 4 cups of water until tender. Take out 1/2 of the water mixture and mash the potatoes and vegetables. Add milk, cheese and bouillon to soup and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
