    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp pepper
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    4 Tbsp water
    1/2 c soy sauce

    1 lb. london broil cut into bite size pieces


mix ingredients together and pour over london broil pieces. Marinate overnight.

May either pan fry pieces or grill pieces until done. (Our opinion is grilling is better)

Best to adjust pepper to liking we found that we actually use 1/2 tsp of pepper as we don't care for very spicy things.
