    8 oz Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardele Pasta
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    15 Prawns or Large Shrimps
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped


Cook pasta according to cooking instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large suite pan over medium high heat. Season prawns with salt and pepper and saute until just pink. Drain pasta and toss with prawns and lemon juice. Season to taste and sprinkle with parsley.

Serving Size: 1 cup and 8 prawns
