Introduction

I love this for dish! I love this for dish!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

Spaghetti or Linguine enough to equal 4 cups of pasta cooked
1/4 pound of turkey bacon cooked until crispy.
    1 onion, finely diced
1 1/3 cup Imagine organic low sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp chopped fresh sage leave or to taste
    1/2 lb baby spinach leaves
    Spike Gourmet Natural Seasoning
    1 tsp garlic minced
    Black pepper to taste

Tips

You change the turkey bacon to pork bacon for those who eat pork. I also like either stewed tomatoes and/or red bell pepper chopped.

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon 4-5 minutes or desired crispness. Add onion and garlic and saute 5-6 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken broth and sage; simmer 1-2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until it just wilts. Spike and black pepper to taste. Toss mixture in pasta and serve sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
