    *Tilapia filet, six 3 ounce filets (18 oz )
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup


If you like your fish more done then take the aluminum foil or cover off the last 5 minutes of baking


Spray glass pan with non stick spray. Lay the fillets down side by side on the bottom of the pan. place equal amounts of spinach and peppers and onions on each filet. Sprinkle Ms. Dash on each filet, add olive oil and lemon juice and top it off with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (3 ounces of fish each)
