    500 grams Chicken Thigh, flesh only, skin and excess fat removed

    1 medium finely chopped Onions

    15 sprays Fry Light Olive Oil

    Pinch of salt, pepper and msg to taste


Heat the pan.

Sautee onion till soft.
Combine chicken till brown
