    2 Eggs
    1 slice cheese
    1 tbspn butter


The key to cooking any omelette is to control the heat..Never keep the heat on high throughout the cooking process..A medium to low heat will produce a eye-appealing, and, non-burnt omelette...


Whip eggs briskly for one minute and set aside..

Place one pat of butter in the center of a non-stick pan and set heat on high..Once butter melts, coat bottom of pan..

Pour egg mixture in the center of the pan..When egg mixture starts to bubble, using a flipper, carefully lift and scrape around the mixture's edges preventing mixture from sticking, then reduce heat to medium/low..Some of the egg mixture will not be cooked..Lift pan and swirl mixture coating the pans edges and place pan back on heat..With a non-stick flipper, scrap pan edges to form an even circle with the mixture and carefully lifting the center of the mixture as well..Once the mixture moves freely from the pan, flip mixture over...At this point, turn off heat, place cheese on the lower half of the cooked egg mixture, then with your flipper, lift the upper half of the cooked egg mixture over the lower half..It should look like a taco shell..

WAL-la..A perfect cheese omelette....
