    1) 4-6 small boneless skinless chicken breast
    2) 4 Lemons
    3) 8 cloves of garlic, minced
    4) Salt and pepper
    5) Glass or ceramic oven safe pan
    6) 3-4 TBS olive oil


1) Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
2) Squeeze 2 lemons into the pan
3) Cut 1 lemon in half lengthwise then slice thinly so they look like a half moon
4) Put the cut up lemon on the bottom of the pan
5) Spread the minced garlic over the lemon slices
6) Drizzle 2-3 TBS of olive oil over the cut up lemon pieces & Garlic
7) Sprinkle salt and pepper over the lemon slices
8) Set the chicken on top of the lemon slices
9) Squeeze the last lemonís juice over the chicken
10) Drizzle the last TBS of olive oil over the chicken
11) Sprinkles salt and pepper over the chicken
12) Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken reads at least 165 degrees.
