    8 small red potatoes, cubed
    2 T olive oil
    Garlic powder
    Powdered red pepper
    ground pepper


Spread cubed potatoes onto a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with spices. Shake pan to help coat multiple sides of potato pieces. Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes, or until satisfied with level of done-ness. May want to shake or turn potatoes halfway through.
