    1 bunch of baby asparagus
    1/2 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 lbl pancetta
    2 cups ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
    2 cups sund dried tomatos
    1.5 cups fresh basil
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
    8 lasagno noodles


boil noodles

se food processor to chop sun dried tomatos and basil. Mix in 1/2 cup parmesean cheese

Cube pancetta and cook

Saute onion and garlic adn asparaguse in pancetta grease

Add sauteed veggies and pancetta to ricotta cheese

Start lasagna with a sprinkel of sun dried tomato on bottom of pan.
Add layer of noodles.
Add layer of ricotta mixture.
Cover with layer of mozzarella.
Repeat layers.

Top off with parmsan and chunks of butter to brown.
Cook in oven at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and brown.
