    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup stevia
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup molasses
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg


Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Next add in the milk, molasses, oil and egg. Stir until moistened, but do not overmix. Use a shiny muffin tin. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full..Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes. Do not overbake.
