    1 bag frozen corn, defrosted
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 red pepper, chopped
    3 plum tomatoes, chopped and seeded
    1 cup red onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup Italian dressing
    1 tsp. each" cumin powder, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder
    dash salt and pepper


do not use metal utensils or bowls to make or serve this salad


mix everything together in glass or plastic bowl. place in refrigerator and let set uncovered for 2-3 hours.
