Ingredients

    1 large head cabbage
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 cup brown rice
    2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
    2 cans tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Remove core from cabbage and boil until leaves begind to separate from head. Remove and separate leaves and allow to cool.

Mix ground beef, onion, rice and salt and pepper.

Divide mixture into large-sized "meatballs" and place each in center of cabbage leaf. Roll up.

Place rolls into crock pot. Cover with tomato sauce and tomato soup. Add one can water. Cover with lid.

Set crockpot to high and let it cook for approx. 3-4 hours.
