    4 Tbsp olive oil
    5-6 Tbsp flour
    1 12oz can evaporated milk
12 oz (fill milk can) water
    Plus more for adjusting thickness
7 slices of Armour Dried Beef, chopped

Keep a cup of water beside your pan while you cook, that way you can adjust the thickness of the chipped beef.
Great on toast and biscuits. Also tastes great on vegetables!
I usually pair it with early peas. They go well together.

Pour olive oil into skillet pan. Heat on medium. Sprinkle flour onto oil. Mix with a fork until it forms a paste. Add Milk. Add Water. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until it begins to bubble. Add beef. Stir. Lower heat to simmer.
Cook biscuits while waiting.
