    2 cups 13 Bean Soup Mix
    15 oz Butterball Turkey Kielbasa, cut in circles & quartered
    1 Large Onion, chopped
    3 Stalks Celery (including the leaves), chopped
    20 Baby Carrots, sliced
    1 - 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes (juice included)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbl Black Pepper
    1 tsp Dried Basil
    1 Bay Leaf
    8 cups Fat Free, Low Sodium Chicken Broth


Rinse beans thoroughly. Put beans in a soup pot and add 4 cups water. Cover pot and soak over night.

Rinse beans. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer slowly for 2 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 10, 1 Cup Servings
