Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
    1 can turkey chili
    6 servings of Fritos corn chips, divided into 4 plates
    1 1/2 cups Colby Jack Cheese, divided into 4 portions
    4 ounces Velveeta cheese spread
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    8 Tbsp. salsa


Brown ground beef. Heat chili separately from beef. Prepare plates with 1/4 Fritos. Combine Velveta and milk and microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until combined. Top Fritos with cooked ground beef, then cheese sauce, then half of a portion of shredded cheese, then 1/2 cup chili, 1/4 of the lettuce, 2 Tbsp salsa and the rest of the cheese. Serve immediately

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 8 inch plate fulls
