Ingredients

    1 cp soy flour
    1/2 cp potato starch flour
    1/4 cp rice flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/3 cp butter
    2/3 cp sugar
    2 eggs
    1 mashed banana

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs and banana. Stir. Put in greased bread pan. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
