    2-20 oz Canned Pineapple
    1-onion, diced/chunks
    1-red pepper, sliced
    3-cloves garlic
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    2- chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
    2 c. rice cooked
    1/4 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
    Handful baby carrots
    1 Tbsp brown sugar


Throw everything (except rice) into crockpot and cook high for 4 hours. Cook rice and mix in towards end. Serve hot.
