Ingredients

    4 cups home made vegetable broth
    6 cups cubed roasted winter squash
    1 can of evaporated milk
    1 tbsp ground sage
    1 tbsp ground rosemary
    1/2 tbsp ground thyme
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the squash, broth, and seasonings in slow cooker and place on high heat. When the squash is cooked through, add the can of evaporated milk. Spoon in batches into a blender to make into a silky broth, or use an immersion blender.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 one and a half cup servings
