    3/4 lb cooked turkey meat (light)
    4 med celery stalks
    1/ cup craisins
    3 tbsp olive oil mayo
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp apple cider vingar
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt


Serve in a wrap with some lettuce for a little lunch sandwich.


Shred or dice the turkey meat. Chop the celery and mix it with the turkey and craisins. Toss briefly and then add in the remaining ingredients and stir until everything is well mixed.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
