    Streusel Mixture
    1 1/3 C. Flour
    1 C Brown Sugar
    1/2 C butter, softened

    2/3 C Flour
    1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
    1 1/2 t. Salt
    2/3 C Buttermilk
    1 Egg


For my oven 22 is to much.


Heat oven to 400. In large bowl combine 1 1/3 c. flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 for topping. In same bowl add all the muffing ingreds. to streusel mixture. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into greased 12 c. muffing pan. Sprinkle with reserved streusel mixture. Bake for 18-22 min. or until lightly browned. Let stand for 5 min. and remove from pan.
