    4 chicken breast halves, roasted and shredded
    2 cans cream of chicken
    1/2 cup onion
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup chicken stock (saved from slow cooker)

    2 cups Bisquik
    2/3 cup 1% milk
    6 oz shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Cook chicken in slow cooker 4-5 hours until done and tender. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Shred.

Sautee onion until clear. add flour, soup, milk and approx 1 cup of the chicken stock from slow cooker to make base. When boiling and thickening add cooked chicken.

When chicken is mixed in, place base in 9X13 pan and place in oven.

Mix Bisquik and milk to make biscuit dough. Roll out in long rectangle. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and roll up like a cinnamon roll.

Pull pan out of oven and cut biscuits in rolls approximately 1/2 inch wide and place on top of base.
Place back in oven and cook until biscuit is light brown.

Serving Size: Makes approx 8 servings per 9X13 pan.
