Bowls to eat your chili in and with. Bowls to eat your chili in and with.

    2 boxes of Corn Muffing Mix
    1/3 c. Baking Mix
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c of Skim Milk


Cool on a wire rack. Separate the "bowls".


Preheat oven 400 deg F.

Invert "Texas Muffin Pan onto a cookie sheet.
Spray the vegetable oil cooking spray generously over the muffin pan bottoms and the cookie sheet.

Mix two boxes of Corn Muffing Mix, 1/3 c. Baking Mix, two eggs and 3/4 c of Skim Milk together in a bowl.
Mix well, try to remove lumps.

Spoon the batter over the inverted muffin tins, making sure to coat all the sides well.

Bake for 15 minutes
