    3 oz. pre-cooked left-over cut up chicken
    1 C. fresh cut up raw broccoli
    3 oz. baby raw carrots
    1 C. tomato juice
    1.5 C. water
    1 tsp. garlic flakes or powder
    1 tsp. onion flakes or powder
    3 Tbs. brown rice


Place all ingredients ,except rice, in heavy skillet. Bring to a boil, add rice, & return to a boil again. Reduce heat, cover, & cook until rice is done, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed.

Made 2 1/4 - 1 Cup servings.

    This was a winner With My whole family. The only problems I had Is I had to 4x The recipe for all of us And The amount of rice vs Liquid seemed a bit off. I ended up having to add extra rice to soak up more liquid. I also added Cloves of Garlic and Real onions. - 2/25/10
