Ingredients

    15 oz part skim ricotta
    1/4 cup grated parmesan
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    3 Tbs fresh chives
    salt and pepper (.25 tsp each)


    Asparagus spears - 15 medium spears

Directions

mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a 10 inch oven safe skillet. Place asparagus spears on top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Slice and serve.
