Ingredients

    2C all purpose flour
    1/4C granulated sugar
    1tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1tsp cinnamon
    1c shredded zucchini
    1c shredded carrot
    1c buttermilk
    1/4c corn oil
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in largse bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl. Combine and bake at 400 for 20 min.
