Butternut Squash, 4 cups, cubes
Chicken Broth, 4 cups
Onions, raw, 0.5
Garlic, 5 tsp
Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
Spices as needed
Very basic soup. You can do so much to it - add curry for a spice or nutmeg for a sweet flavor. If you want meat, add shredded chicken or spicy chorizo if you like meat. If you want a less brothy soup, throw in a sweet potato or head of cauliflower and puree with squash or add some milk or cream if you really want something rich.
