Can be made with all milk or half milk, half water. Can be made with all milk or half milk, half water.

    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Better Than Bouillon - Chicken, reduced sodium, 1 tsp
    Blending flour, 1 tbsp


Chop mushrooms. Poach them in the 2 cups of liquid with the chicken bouillon, stirring occasionally on a very low heat. Don't let it boil over. Turn off the heat, mix in the flour. Bring back to a boil on low heat and stir until it thickens.

Serving Size: Makes 2 portions of 1 cup each
